Our property was established in 1963, and has remained a Siesta Key favorite ever since. Each of our villas is individually owned and decorated and carefully maintained and regularly updated -sure to suit everyones taste.
Our office staff is dedicated to the care and comfort of each guest on property. We are fully prepared with the information you need to parasail, jet-ski, sail, go deep sea fishing, or whatever else your heart desires on an island.
All villas and studio apartments have fully equipped kitchens that include all appliances, pots and pans, and dishes. Full size bathrooms and bedrooms are equipped with linen for your stay. Most accomodations have a screened porch or enclosed lanai. Each unit is equipped with cable TV in the living room and bedrooms. Each property is only steps away from the beach, pool or recreation room. One parking space is provided at each villa for your convenience.

* Unit for 1-2 persons. Additional persons $10/per night/person(s) MAX 4 persons (Regardless of age).
** Unit for 1-4 persons. Additional persons $10/per night/person(s) MAX 6 persons (Regardless of age).
*** Unit for 1-6 persons. Complex (one building) can be opened up to a six bedroom 6 bath unit.
We do not provide maid service, however it is available at an extra charge.
Please bring beach towels!
A $300 security deposit is required on all rentals. Balance is due on arrival. 45 day notice of cancellation required.
Confirmation of number of persons and arrival/departure dates required. Only the number of persons specified in confirmation will be permitted to use accommodations.
Note: Reservations are scheduled according to Villa size and not Villa number.
Nightly Rentals are for 2 persons only.

Villas have phones. Phones must be activated by a major credit card for long distance calls.
All units are Non-Smoking! Sorry no pets, motor homes, trailer, motorcycles, utility or commercial trucks, recreational vehicles or boats are allowed.
Guests are responsible for damages to and excessing cleaning of facilities during their stay.
