Our property was established in 1963, and has remained a Siesta Key favorite ever since. Each of our villas is individually owned and decorated and carefully maintained and regularly updated -sure to suit everyones taste.
Our office staff is dedicated to the care and comfort of each guest on property. We are fully prepared with the information you need to parasail, jet-ski, sail, go deep sea fishing, or whatever else your heart desires on an island.
All villas and studio apartments have fully equipped kitchens that include all appliances, pots and pans, and dishes. Full size bathrooms and bedrooms are equipped with linen for your stay. Most accomodations have a screened porch or enclosed lanai. Each unit is equipped with cable TV in the living room and bedrooms. Each property is only steps away from the beach, pool or recreation room. One parking space is provided at each villa for your convenience.

We do not provide maid service, however it is available at an extra charge.
We do provide clean linen for your villa each week. Please bring beach towels!
Reservations require a $300.00 Advance/Security to be returned within 45 days of departure date, providing no damages are incurred by tenant. Confirmation of number of persons and arrival/departure dates required.
ONLY THE NUMBER OF PERSONS SPECIFIED IN CONFIRMATION WILL BE PERMITTED TO USE ACCOMMODATIONS.
45 (forty-five) Day Notification of Cancellation required for refund of deposit less a fifty dollar processing fee.
NOTE: Reservations are scheduled according to Villa size and not Villa number.
Motel Rooms are for 2 persons only.
Villas have phones. Phones must b e activated by a major credit card for long distance calls.
Guests are responsible for damages to and excessing cleaning of facilities during their stay.
Sorry no pets, motor homes, trailer, motorcycles, utility or commercial trucks, recreational vehicles or boats are allowed.
